Our Campus
Overlooking the ocean in Waverley, the St Catherine’s campus brings learning and belonging together in one connected community. From Kindergarten to Year 12, girls build lasting relationships with peers and staff as they move confidently through each stage of their school journey. Our purpose-built campus reflects our belief that girls thrive when they feel known, connected, challenged and supported.
Learning, wellbeing and care are woven throughout every aspect of school life, from classrooms and creative studios to sporting facilities and shared community spaces. Together, these environments encourage girls to explore their interests, discover their strengths and develop a strong sense of belonging.

Learn to Swim
Our Learn to Swim program welcomes children from their very first experiences in the water, helping them build confidence, develop essential swimming skills and feel safe and comfortable in the pool. Open to both St Catherine’s students and the wider community, the program is delivered by experienced instructors in our Aquatic Centre where every swimmer is encouraged to develop lifelong skills and a love of being in the water.
Our holiday programs
Our holiday programs provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can go during the school holidays to play, relax and learn new skills. Programs run from 9.00am to 3.00pm, with the option to extend the day through Early Club from 7.30am and Late Club until 6.00pm. The program is open to students of the School, their siblings and boys and girls in the wider community.
St Catherine’s Aquatics Club
Our Aquatics Swimming Club offers a welcoming and supportive environment for young swimmers who are ready to take the next step in their swimming journey. Open to girls and boys of varying experience levels, the Club provides opportunities to develop skills, build confidence and pursue personal goals, whether competing for the first time or progressing through the competitive swimming pathway. As part of a connected team community, swimmers are encouraged to challenge themselves, embrace sportsmanship and foster a lifelong love of the sport.
STC Aquatics Water Polo Club
Our Water Polo Club provides students with the opportunity to develop their skills and compete in a supportive, high-performance environment. As the only school club competing in the NSW Water Polo Metro Competition, the Club offers a clear pathway for players to grow in confidence, build their game knowledge and progress within the sport.
Before and After School Care
Our Before and After School Care program offers a welcoming and well supervised environment led by kind, caring staff who know our girls well. Students may arrive at school from 7.00am and be collected as late as 6.00pm, offering valuable flexibility for working families. Each session includes a balance of structured activities and free play, allowing girls to relax, connect with friends and enjoy a calm transition before and after the school day. Students are also safely supervised as they move between Before and After School Care and other cocurricular activities on campus, ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind for families.
