St Catherine’s is more than its broad curriculum, rigorous academic program and countless cocurricular activities – we are a community.

Our staff, students, parents and alumni work together to help every girl find their own great, equipped to make her unique contribution to the world. We can’t wait for you to be a part of it.

of our community

Applications closed

Applications for senior school (Years 7 to 12) are currently closed for 2024 and 2025, except for boarding and scholarship applications.

Click here to join our mailing list to receive more information about St Catherine’s School and keep up-to-date with our community.

We have four standard intake years for the majority of new students: Kindergarten, Years 3, 5 and 7, with students from the junior school guaranteed entry into the senior school.

If you are considering St Catherine’s for your daughter, you will need to apply to be placed on a waitlist for her preferred year of entry. We recommend this application is completed as soon as possible.

We highly recommend visiting us to see the school in action. We hold Open Mornings four times a year at which you can hear more from our staff and see our students at work.

Steps to enrolling

We have aimed to make the enrolment process as straightforward as possible, while ensuring you can get the information you need and connect with us appropriately.

Step 1:

Application

Complete our online application form, taking care to ensure you provide all relevant information as required.

Applications for senior school (Years 7 to 12) are currently closed for 2024 and 2025, except for boarding and scholarship applications.

Step 2:

Connect

Experience St Catherine’s for yourself at one of our quarterly Open Mornings.

Alternatively, book a private tour or connect with us on the road at local and international expos.

Step 3:

Interview

You will be invited to interview two years prior to the commencement year.

Parents and girls gather for an informal talk about the school, followed by a tour and then an interview with our leadership team.

Step 4:

Offer

After we’ve met and if a place is available, successful candidates will receive a formal letter of offer.

Step 5:

Acceptance

Parents have two weeks to accept the offer of a place.

The place will be held for your daughter once your enrolment fee has been received.

Step 6:

Orientation

We do our best to get you and your daughter familiar with the school before she starts – with introductions to senior staff, uniform fittings, tours and access to the school portal available well ahead of time.

Open Mornings

Our Open Mornings allow you to immerse yourself into life at St Catherine’s.

Hear from our staff and students, take a guided campus tour and discover why we’re the right school for your family.

Open Mornings are offered four times a year and registration is essential.
