With a global network of more than 10,500 Old Girls, the St Catherine’s alumni community reflects the lifelong connections formed during a girl’s time at School. Whether close to home or living abroad, many of our alumni remain actively engaged through reunions, events, mentoring programs and School celebrations.
As parents, staff, volunteers, supporters and advocates, Old Girls continue to shape the life of St Catherine’s, strengthening the bonds between past, present and future generations and ensuring that once a St Cath’s girl, always a St Cath’s girl.

Whether you left the School recently or many years ago, there are opportunities throughout the year to reconnect with friends, revisit familiar places and remain part of the St Catherine’s community. An opportunity to celebrate
Our alumni program brings together generations of St Catherine’s women through reunions, school tours and special events, including the annual Jane Barker Luncheon. These occasions celebrate shared experiences, lifelong friendships and the enduring bond between alumni and their school.
Generations of St Catherine’s
The connection between St Catherine’s and its alumni often spans generations. Many of our current students are daughters, granddaughters and nieces of Old Girls, continuing family traditions that stretch back decades. Events such as our Generational Morning and Afternoon Teas celebrate these special family connections and the lasting impact of a St Catherine’s education.
Giving back and staying involved
Our Old Girl community also remains actively involved in school life, with alumni represented across both our teaching and professional services staff. Through initiatives such as Careers Beyond St Cath’s and Careers Conversations, Old Girls return to share their experiences, mentor students and help inspire the next generation, ensuring the St Catherine’s story continues to be shaped by those who know it best.

Coming together
An annual reunion held in March for all alumni who graduated 50 years ago or more. This special event provides an opportunity to reconnect with former classmates, reminisce about school days and celebrate lifelong friendships forged at St Catherine’s.
As part of our Foundation Day festivities, this special celebration brings together Old Girls whose daughters, granddaughters or family members are currently attending the School. It is a meaningful occasion that highlights the lasting impact of a St Catherine’s education and the strong ties that connect past, present and future generations.
A special celebration that brings together Old Girls from across all graduating years to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate their shared St Catherine’s experience. Welcoming alumni from every generation, the event provides an opportunity to renew friendships, revisit familiar places and share memories while strengthening connections within the wider alumni community.
Held biennially, Career Connections Evening brings together alumni from a diverse range of professions to share their career journeys, experiences and insights with students in Years 10–12 and their families. The event offers a valuable opportunity for students to learn firsthand about different industries, career pathways and the opportunities and challenges that shape professional life.
St Catherine’s made me a better person and gave me a life I never would have had at another school. I wouldn’t be the person I am today if I hadn’t gone to St Cath’s. I would have been on a very different journey.
