Our alumni
As we say often, ‘Once a St Catherine’s girl, always a St Catherine’s girl.’ Our alumni of more than 8,500 past students continue to be an integral part of the school as they develop their professional careers and shape both their own lives and those of others around them.
They may be far and wide across the globe but they retain strong connections to St Catherine’s, becoming influential role models and mentors to younger generations.
We continue to support our alumni long after they have walked out of the school gates, through celebrations, events, publications and our website.
Supporting the school and community
The Old Girls' Union
The St Catherine’s Old Girls’ Union (OGU) was established in 1898 and supports the school and our alumni community. Every past student who attended St Catherine’s for all or some of their education becomes a member of the OGU, and it maintains an active presence which is supported by our Alumni Relations office.
The OGU is about connection, and it values the generational relationships that continue to build: over 80 daughters, granddaughters and nieces of alumni currently attend St Catherine’s.
To maintain this rich tradition, the OGU organises a range of alumni functions and events to foster the links between past and present pupils, and identifies a range of opportunities for networking and reconnection.
The OGU welcomes enquiries through its website, or by email to the Alumni Relations Coordinator.
