The St Catherine's Foundation

A tradition of giving

Established in 1983, the foundation is led by a board made up of members of the St Catherine's community who together

  • develop the philanthropic strategies for the school
  • build positive relationships between the school and its various communities.

The foundation carries out its important work via three subcommittees comprised of board members and volunteers from the parent community.

Campaign committee

Raises funds for major capital works, currently the Research, Performing arts and Aquatic Centre (RPAC).

Endowment committee

Encourages philanthropic support for scholarships, our Indigenous program, prizes and other special programs as well as bequests to the school through the Fielding Fellowship.

Connections committee

Builds positive relationships between the school and its communities through initiatives like our professional women's networking program.

Members of the school community who donate more than $1,500 to the school are invited to become members of the St Catherine's Foundation.  Membership in the foundation is for life and provides a wonderful way to keep in touch with the school. You will be invited to attend foundation events and have voting rights at the AGM.

The generosity of our foundation members helps ensure we can provide the best possible facilities and opportunities for our girls, now and for generations to come. Please get in touch for more information about foundation membership.
