St Catherine's teachers are leaders in education, frequently providing seminars and workshops for other schools. They are regularly presenters at Australian and international conferences. With our focus on research and innovation, our teachers have the opportunity to work with well-known educators to improve teaching and learning and to work with their faculties on educational projects to benefit our students.

While we seek to employ staff with an active Christian commitment, we do have teachers from all faiths and backgrounds and we value the diversity that brings. All Staff are expected to support the Christian ethos of the School through active participation in School chapels and assemblies and by supporting the faith life of the school in the broadest possible sense.
