Thank you to our parents, friends and Old Girls who, last week, gave two hours to the future careers of Years 10, 11 and 12 students. Almost 100 practitioners in over 60 different careers answered questions, explained the nitty gritty and expanded our students’ horizons with their personal insights into their chosen career. Presenters were impressed with the depth of questions the girls posed regarding motivation and reward, education processes and career paths and prospects. At the end of the night many presenters also gave an offer of work experience and further support to the School’s careers programmes. Reward all round on such a bitterly cold evening.
